Client Surveys

In January of 2011 NSMFC conducted a survey of municipal clients to determine what our clients know about the services we provide and to provide input into NSMFC’s strategic planning session that was held January 21, 2011.  We are pleased to report that there was a good response rate to the surveys and overall NSMFC received extremely positive responses on the level of service we provide.  The following links provide further information on the surveys.
